If the image is simply decorative, then check the box in the Alt Text menu. ----------------->>>
Insert > YouTube> Search or Upload > Select
Embed a short Google Forms.
Make the Google Form, one question only.
Note: Settings > General > See Summary charts and text responses
"Send" the Google Form: Send > Embed HTML > (Copy)
Back in the Site: Insert > Embed > Embed Code (Paste)
Note: Direct Participants to click on "See Previous Responses" after they answer the question.
You may re-use this form by importing questions from other quizzes. It will automatically update on your site if you use the same Google Form.
When you are creating a question in Google Forms, check out the icon that looks like this:
1. Create the document in your drive. Title it "Interactive Web Document"(or something just as catchy.)
2. Share it with your elbow partner (Make a friend if you have to).
3. Go back to your site. Choose Insert > Docs (or whatever you have already created) from the menu on the right. --------->
Lesson idea: Ask a map question as a "Bellringer" or "Do Now" or "Warm-up". Students will have to go to the map on your site to answer the question.
Ex: How far is (our town) from (another place - in your lesson)?
1. Insert > Map > Choose a destination > Resize
Personalize the tiny picture on the browser tab for your website.
Insert a Google Form and Spreadsheet that resides in your drive where students can see the results and add to the content. The sheet will update almost immediately. In the example of the Interactive Web Spreadsheet that follows, I used a Check-in Question to my students to start a lesson.
This is just a sample, you will insert your own Google Form and Sheet on the Insert Tab as you create your site.
Choose a review slide deck or an instructional deck.
You can even have a daily agenda auto start and loop for your class.
