We explore the interactions between personal and social factors, as well as the dynamics among individuals, within groups, and between groups, using the theoretical frameworks of social psychology and group dynamics. Our research aims to improve individuals and their communities through evidence-based findings.
경상국립대학교 사회심리연구실(INTERACTION Lab)에서는 사회심리학과 집단역학의 주요 이론을 바탕으로, 개인과 개인, 개인과 사회, 그리고 집단과 집단 간 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 요인, 과정 및 결과를 실증적으로 연구하고 있습니다. 개인뿐만 아니라 개인이 속한 집단과 공동체의 변화를 이끌어내는 데 기여하는 것을 목표로 연구를 수행합니다.
