ICG, LLC provides specialized compliance consulting, advocacy, and professional training for law enforcement and public safety agencies. Our work focuses on CJIS reporting integrity, policy guidance, advocacy, and officer training designed to strengthen agencies through accountability, transparency, and professional standards.

Founded by Jenee' Peryer, ICG,LLC combines years of experience in criminal justice reporting systems, compliance auditing, and law enforcement training to support agencies in maintaining accurate data reporting, meeting regulatory requirements, and strengthening professional development across their departments.

The mission of Integrity Compliance Group, LLC is to protect public safety by strengthening the integrity, accuracy, and defensibility of the data and reporting systems law enforcement and CJIS agencies rely on. Through expert compliance, personalized consultation, advocacy, and specialized masterclass training, ICG, LLC equips agency personnel with the knowledge, tools, and leadership support necessary to maintain professional, transparent, and resilient operations.
