The goal of this retreat is to experience mindfulness and meditation in nature and create a routine that works for you.
Here we focus on cultivating the powerful practices below for practical, everyday life use, together in a collaborative community on a beautiful landscape and indoor retreat house, crafted by a spiritual landscape artist.
Practice Categories:
BREATHWORK: strong activating, medium cleansing, gentle balancing, meditative yogic breathwork, and body locks
MINDFULNESS: focus, open awareness, body scans and embodiment practices, trauma sensitive mindfulness, skills for distraction and other techniques
MEDITATION: various guided exercises, loving kindness and heart-based meditations, mantra, mindset, intention setting, visualization
CHANNELING ENERGY & MOVEMENT: qigong, yoga, energy pranayama
EMOTIONAL CATHARSIS & RELEASE: journaling, free association practices of body and mind, progressive muscle relaxation
NATURE & EARTH PRACTICES: nature & earth connection practices, symbolism, deliberate cold exposure and inner fire
