Everyone in Ulster County in need of help will be welcomed and provided with the best possible service by staff who are empowered with the tools they need.

Providers will be welcoming, accessible and capable of helping those with complex issues.

Each partner organization will develop a team to self-assess and work toward complexity capability.

An orientation for staff was developed geared toward our vision, mission, and guiding principles.

The Trauma-Informed Care Collaborative was established to coordinate efforts to promote resiliency and reduce the adverse effects of trauma.

The Anti-Racism Workgroup was formed to address the problem of racism in our system of care.

To improve collaboration and communication among helping providers.

The Interagency Communication Committee was formed to work to maintain the most up to date contact lists and resource guides as well as develop tools for ongoing communication and collaboration.

Lists of partner contacts, available trainings and coalition meetings were created for collaboration and communication across the network.
