This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights available to you when you use the InstaKeys mobile application and related services.

By using InstaKeys, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the InstaKeys mobile application and any related services, features, communications, and support interactions that link to or reference this Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you use InstaKeys, we may collect the following categories of information:

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

We do not intentionally collect payment card details, bank account information, or other full payment credentials through the app. Payments and subscriptions, if offered, are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation data through the app unless explicitly described in a future version of this Privacy Policy.

InstaKeys may be used by a broad audience, including students and younger users. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide the app and related support.

Where required by applicable law, children should use the app with the involvement, supervision, or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Some browsers and devices may offer “Do Not Track” settings. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to such signals across all platforms and mobile environments, InstaKeys does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law.

The app or our policies may contain links to third-party websites, platform services, or external pages, including Apple services or policy pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or our practices. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of InstaKeys after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that the updated Privacy Policy will apply, to the extent permitted by law.
