Academic/Research Support Package (6 Months and 12 Months)

For letting researchers focus on their main work and taking unnecessary computation out of the way, this package is designed with following provisions –

• Selection of tools for specific problem (we will review them so you can focus on research)

• Debugging of errors and problems in using the software

• Support in analysing the data

• Writing necessary support scripts for processing or analysis

• Help in installing and setting up software

This package includes –

• Initial meeting/call to set objectives

• Unlimited E-mail support (Time for query resolution may be from 18 to 36 hours, but we will try to be prompt)

• Telephonic support (1 call for up to an hour every two weeks to discuss the issues and resolve them)

• Conferencing and screenshare support (Whenever deemed necessary)

P.S. Package is flexible and as per necessity, customizations can be done as long as they are within the scope.

Goal of this package is enabling researchers and academicians for computational studies in their field and strengthen them to be an independent researcher for long term or help them transition into computational sciences.

• Selection of tools for specific problem (we will review them so you can focus on research)

• Debugging of errors and problems in using the software

• Support in analysing the data

• Writing necessary support scripts for processing or analysis

• Help in installing and setting up software

• In depth training on specific tool or technique as per requirement of the project

This package includes –

• Initial meeting to set objectives and requirement analysis

• Unlimited E-mail support (Time for query resolution may be from 18 to 36 hours)

• Telephonic support (1 call for up to half an hour every week to discuss the issues and resolve them)

• Conferencing and screenshare support (Whenever deemed necessary)

• 6 in depth training sessions (of variable durations) for 6-month package and 12 training sessions for 12 months package

• Certification for every training session conducted

• Post-training support

• At least 50% of training will be one-to-one
