We are in the process of scaling the program and finding ways to ensure that as many students as possible can access the programming. 

One of the ways we can do that, is by providing a Train the Trainer course over the summer of 2026, and the curriculums for both career pathway exploration and QBHS for high school students being available at a per user cost for the 2026-2027 school year. 

Train the Trainer Course – Hybrid, or Virtual – Combination of Asynchronous Work and Live Sessions

$3400 for course for group of up to 3 from same school/organization

$1600 per person for individual

·       One time cost to certify trainer(s)

·       Will include ongoing updates to trained trainers about any changes to QBHS via OAC

Curriculum Use – License – Trained Trainer Instructor

$500/school year – instructor license, waived during year that trainer gets trained

Includes slides, a manual with talking points and suggestions, assignments, grading guidelines and rubrics for all QBHS Modules. 

$100/school year – participant license, 50% off during year that trainer gets trained

Consultation & Support

$2500/year for monthly meetings and check ins, consult calls and visits as needed, and 2x trainer observation and feedback

$250/hour for ad hoc consults and observations

$50/participant for basic evaluation – pre and post surveys provided (distributed by instructor) and basic results report and analysis

·       Familiarity with content topics change from pre to post, understanding of QBHS roles

$100/participant for full eval – pre and post surveys and results, interviews and check ins, and a live focus group (in person if local to Greater Cincinnati, virtual or increased travel cost for non-local)

·       Familiarity with content topics change from pre to post, understanding of QBHS roles

·       What is going/went well, what could be improved in implementation, career goals and plans

$100/hour for creation of games and other interactive activities to utilize alongside curriculum

·       In class review games, “escape room” review games, role play setups & scenarios, etc.
