Paul Tautges serves as senior pastor at Cornerstone Community Church in Cleveland, Ohio. He has authored or edited over 70 books, including Remade: Embracing Your Complete Identity in Christ, Anxiety: Knowing God’s Peace, A Small Book for the Hurting Heart, and Counseling One Another. He is also the consulting editor of the LifeLine Mini-Book series from Shepherd Press. Paul is a council member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition, a teaching fellow with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and has completed the Formation Certificate from CCEF. He and his wife, Karen, enjoy their ten children, their sons- and daughters-in-law, and a growing tribe of grandchildren. Paul enjoys writing to cultivate discipleship among believers and, therefore, blogs regularly at Counseling One Another.
Matt King serves as the Lead Pastor of North Church in Bracebridge, ON. He also serves as the Executive Director of Boomtree Care, a non-profit charity that walks with people in counselling and produces resources for people and churches to help them walk with the hurting. Matt also has the pleasure to be a Board Member for the Canadian Biblical Counseling Coalition. Matt and his wife Becky have been married for 15 years and have been blessed with 4 wonderful children; Ava, Tessa, Shepherd, Ezra
The Niagara Region has been home to Glen for most of his life. He lived close to the south shores of Lake Ontario until God led him to Westminster Theological Seminary in 2007. After marrying Rebecca the following year, she joined him in Philly while he completed his MA in Biblical Counselling. Glen began counselling at Elisha House in Welland after returning to Ontario. He worked there as a biblical counsellor and director until he accepted the Executive Director position at Insight in 2022. Glen enjoys renovation work, wordsmithing, and sharing good food with great friends. He and Rebecca have been blessed with 4 children: 2 sons and 2 daughters.
Alysia has personally experienced the sustaining grace of God through deep suffering, including childhood trauma and chronic illness. For years, she sought healing through secular means until God, in His mercy, led her to Himself. Through an abiding relationship with Christ, Alysia has come to know lasting hope, comfort, and the redemptive purpose of suffering. Alysia holds a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Heritage College & Seminary and is certified in Biblical Counselling. She considers it a joy and calling to walk alongside others in their pain, helping them see Christ in the midst of suffering. Rooted in 2 Corinthians 1:3–4, Alysia seeks to comfort others with the comfort she has received from the Lord, pointing always to the healing and restoration found in Christ alone. Alysia enjoys warm coffee with friends, and loves to spend time with her husband, two kids, and small zoo of animals at home.
Eric is the Pastor and Evangelist at Hope Reformed Church in Brampton, ON. He graduated from Mid America Reformed Seminary in 2024 and has been with Hope since then. He and his wife, Emma, have been blessed with two children with a third coming at Christmas. Music, singing, and worship have been a large part of Eric’s life since he was young, and continues to be so in his family.
Sara is a Biblical Counsellor at Isnight. She takes great joy in walking alongside others and experiencing the transforming power of the gospel together. She is passionate about the importance of doing the inner, reflective work with God that leads to an abundant life of flourishing and walking in freedom (John 10:10). The town of Waterdown has been home to Sara for the past 38 years and it’s where her and her husband raised their family of 4 kids which has grown to include 2 daughter-in-laws, a son-in-law, and a foster son. Sara graduated from McMaster University with a B.A. in History and a Diploma in teaching from Covenant Reformed Teacher’s College. She is enjoying her second career as a Biblical Counsellor after having completed her certification through CCEF. Sara serves on the Women’s Pastoral Support team in her church in Flamborough, is a mentor to women of various ages, and is a WrapAround trainer. Sara loves having deep chats with friends, reading, learning, and enjoying nature.
