Government:

Original: The Titan government is an absolute monarchy, the king trumps all. The king has three appointed senators for the three provinces of the country. The two main provinces have two states in them, the other is a province and a state. The four states that are not provinces have Governers, who convey the needs/struggles of the state to the senators, so they can relay them to the king.  The Governers may also decide to appoint mayors for each city. It is important to note that only the king may pass laws, and the representatives can only communicate the needs of the people, or suggest laws.
