This Privacy Policy explains how Scroll & Collage Maker: InsMix (”InsMix,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information when you use our iOS application.

1. No Account Required

InsMix does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the App.

2. Your Photos and Projects

All photo editing, collage creation, carousel splitting, and panorama splitting are performed entirely on your device.

Your photos, projects, and edits remain stored locally on your device. We do not upload, process, or store your photos or projects on our servers, and InsMix does not operate a backend for user content.

When you import photos, InsMix uses Apple’s system photo picker, which grants access only to the specific items you choose—not your entire photo library.

When you save edited images, InsMix requests add-only access to your Photos library. This permission allows the App to save new images but does not allow it to read, modify, or delete your existing photos.

Deleting a project within the App permanently removes it from your device.

3. Advertising

InsMix is a free application supported by advertising.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may serve ads directly or through mediation partners, including:

• Meta Audience Network

• Unity Ads

• Liftoff Monetize (formerly Vungle)

These advertising providers may collect and process information such as:

• Advertising identifiers (including Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), where permitted)

• Device information (such as device model, operating system version, language, and region)

• Advertising performance data (including ad impressions, clicks, and interactions)

• IP address (used for approximate geolocation, fraud prevention, and ad delivery)

This information is processed by Google and its advertising partners according to their respective privacy policies.

4. App Tracking Transparency

In accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, iOS may ask for your permission before allowing tracking across apps and websites for personalized advertising.

You can allow or deny this permission at any time by going to:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

If you choose not to allow tracking, you will still see advertisements, but they may be less relevant to your interests.

5. Consent Management

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, InsMix uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent form before personalized advertisements are shown, where required by applicable privacy laws.

You can review or change your consent choices at any time from the App’s Settings screen.

6. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not directly collect or store:

• Your name

• Email address

• Contacts

• Precise location

• The contents of your photos, collages, or edited projects

Other than the advertising and consent technologies described in this Privacy Policy, InsMix does not include analytics, crash-reporting, or other tracking SDKs.

7. Children’s Privacy

InsMix is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through advertising technologies used within the App, please contact us so we can assist in addressing the issue.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your photos and projects remain stored only on your device.

You may delete individual projects at any time within the App.

Deleting InsMix from your device permanently removes all locally stored application data.

Information processed by advertising providers is retained according to their own privacy policies.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information handled by our advertising partners.

Because we do not maintain servers or store your personal information ourselves, requests relating to advertising data should generally be directed to the relevant advertising provider listed in Section 3.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable law.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of InsMix after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
