ENSMR, the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat, a member of the RMEIM (Mediterranean Network of Engineering and Management Schools), continues its commitment to gender equality following its participation in the European project TARGET H2020 (Taking a Reflexive Approach to Gender Equality for Institutional Transformation). Today, the network is engaged as a Social Lab in a new European project: INSPIRE (European Centre of Excellence for Inclusive Gender Equality in Research and Innovation).
As part of this initiative, ENSMR, in collaboration with RMEIM, is organizing the second edition of the workshop on gender equality in higher education, under the theme:

📍 Location: Mines-Rabat
This workshop aims to:
Introduce the INSPIRE project and its objectives,
Discuss the challenges faced by women in research and leadership roles,
Exchange ideas on gender equality policies and best practices in engineering and management schools across the Mediterranean region.
The event will feature presentations, testimonials, and will conclude with a panel discussion.
This workshop is open to a diverse audience, including professors, student researchers, academic leaders, policymakers, and anyone interested in the topic.
