Inovexa ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use CalculateMap, our map-based land measurement application, and other Inovexa applications that reference this Privacy Policy.
CalculateMap does not require an account, registration, or login. We do not operate an account system for CalculateMap.
CalculateMap is designed to minimize the collection of personal information.
CalculateMap does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal information to use the application.
If you voluntarily contact us through email or another support channel, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the contents of your support request. We use this information only to respond to and manage your request.
CalculateMap allows you to create and save measurement data, which may include:
Measurement points and coordinates
Area, perimeter, distance, and radius calculations
Saved plots and project names
GPS-based measurement records when you use GPS features
Imported or exported GPX/KML data
Measurement history and related settings
This data is primarily processed and stored on your device.
CalculateMap may access your device's location when you enable location-based features, such as GPS Live measurement or GPS-based point placement.
Location access is controlled by Apple's system permission controls. You may deny location access and continue using features that do not require your device's location.
CalculateMap does not use location information for advertising or tracking.
CalculateMap requests camera access only when you use camera-based features, including AR measurement and room-scanning functionality.
Camera access is controlled by Apple's system permission controls.
CalculateMap does not use the camera to collect personal information or for advertising or tracking.
CalculateMap may use Apple iCloud/CloudKit to optionally synchronize saved measurement data between your Apple devices.
Where CloudKit synchronization is enabled, your saved measurement data is stored in the private iCloud container associated with your Apple account and is controlled by Apple's iCloud services and policies.
If iCloud synchronization is unavailable or not enabled, CalculateMap can use local device storage for supported data.
We do not use CloudKit to create a separate Inovexa account or user profile.

CalculateMap uses third-party mapping and imagery services to provide map, satellite, historical imagery, and related features.
These services may include:
Apple MapKit for map rendering, place search, and map-related information.
Apple Core Location for device location when you enable GPS features.
Esri ArcGIS World Imagery and Wayback for satellite and historical satellite imagery.
Firebase Cloud Functions as server-side infrastructure that processes certain requests required to provide satellite imagery, historical imagery, map snapshots, and geocoding functionality.
When you request map, satellite, historical imagery, or related functionality, information necessary to process that request may be transmitted to the relevant service providers.
Our Firebase server-side infrastructure is used to proxy certain ArcGIS requests. ArcGIS API credentials used by our server infrastructure are not embedded directly in the CalculateMap application.
We do not use these services to create advertising profiles or track your activity across other applications.
CalculateMap offers optional paid features and subscriptions.
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements, purchase status, and restoration of purchases.
We do not receive or store your complete payment card information.
Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase-related information according to their respective privacy policies and terms.
CalculateMap uses certain third-party services and software components to provide its functionality, including:
Apple MapKit
Apple Core Location
Apple CloudKit/iCloud
Apple StoreKit
RevenueCat
Firebase Cloud Functions
Esri ArcGIS services
Drops, an open-source notification/toast library
These services may process information necessary to provide their respective functionality.
Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
CalculateMap does not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking systems.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use your location, measurement data, or camera access for targeted advertising.
Information handled by CalculateMap is used only as necessary to:
Provide map and measurement functionality
Calculate areas, distances, perimeters, and related measurements
Save and display your measurement history
Synchronize supported data through your private iCloud account when enabled
Provide GPS-based measurement features when authorized
Provide AR and room-scanning functionality when authorized
Provide satellite and historical imagery
Process geocoding and map-related requests
Process subscriptions and restore purchases
Provide technical support when you contact us
Maintain and improve the application's functionality and security
Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize your personal information.
Information may be transmitted to third-party service providers when necessary to provide features that you request, including:
Apple for maps, location services, iCloud, App Store purchases, and related services
Esri for satellite and historical imagery
Firebase for server-side processing of certain map and imagery requests
RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or services.
CalculateMap measurement data is primarily stored locally on your device.
If you enable or use iCloud synchronization, supported data may also be stored in your private iCloud container.
We do not maintain a central CalculateMap account database containing users' measurement histories.
Data stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud account may remain there until you delete it, remove the application, modify your iCloud data, or otherwise use Apple's available controls.
Information provided to us voluntarily through support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by our services.
However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
CalculateMap is not directed to children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account system because CalculateMap does not provide user accounts or registration.
If we become aware that we have received personal information from a child in circumstances where applicable law requires parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to address and delete the information where appropriate.

Because CalculateMap primarily stores measurement information locally on your device or in your private iCloud account, many data-management actions can be performed directly through the application, your device, or Apple's iCloud controls.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to CalculateMap, our services, applicable laws, or our data practices.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the beginning of this policy.
