With so many of us using electronic devices most of the time, eye strain has become a major problem. To reduce your risk for high myopia and neck, back and shoulder pain, take frequent breaks while looking at smart phones.
- Select the time interval after which you want to be reminded.
- Save the reminder.
- You will be reminded to take a break after the time selected.
- When you feel returning to your smart phone, just click OK in the reminder notification, and the reminder will start again.
- Don't want to be reminded anymore? Press the notification to open app and disable the reminder.
