Mr. Hean Samboeun, Director of Cyber University and Multimedia Center, Institute of Technology of Cambodia (CUMC, ITC), and Deputy Director of Graduate School. Mr. Samboeun earned his Master of Science in Computer Science, AI-System, Taganrog Institute of Technology, Southern Federal University, Russian Federation in 2010. Besides, Mr. Samboeun also earned professional Certificate in Network Security, Instructional Design for Online Course Development (Pre-Master level) and Advance BGP from New Zealand, South Korea and Japan respectively. At CMIC, ITC, Mr. Samboeun has developed long-term, short-term plans and strategic details for achievement. Also, Build a strong relationships with various partners for e-learning development and teaching pedagogy in Cambodia.
Ms. Seak Leng has been Executive officer of e-Learning Center of Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). In 2014, she earned her two Bachelor degrees in Information Technology and Business Management from NUM and CamIU respectively and in 2016, Master Degree in Science of Mobile Development from ITC.
She has been involving in developing e-Learning programs for ITC since 2015 and has gotten many intensive training programs form ASEAN Cyber University in Korea and from University of Granada, Spain and other related programs in the region. She also got a Silver Medal from Cambodia National Business Model Competition in 2015 and went to Regional Competition level in Vietnam and then went to International level in Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, the Unite State of America in May, 2015.
Leng Hywfi is Project Manager at . He has a variety of experiences in coaching, professional training, debate, business plan, business pitching, project management and public relation. He has involved in many national and international programs and traveled to many different countries.

"Rithy Thul is passionate about promoting small business startups in Cambodia. Since 2008 he has personally started, cofounded, and provided assistance with the startup of over 50 different small business ventures in Cambodia.
With a focus on promoting small business success in Cambodia, in 2011 he cofounded SmallWorld Cambodia, a co-working space where young Cambodians can pursue their business ideas. Together with SmallWorld, Rithy cofounded Codingate, a local software development firm specializing in mobile and web application design. He also co-founded a local BoomCamp program, Toursanak Adventures, an international adventure tourism company, and established Corco Angel, a Cambodian based angel investors network."
Lydet PIDOR is a economic policy research consultant in the public sector and a Lead Mentor for Technovation Cambodia. He is very active in the tech and innovation communities in Phnom Penh, and volunteers and helps organize tech events like hack-a-thons and business model competitions. Previously, Lydet served in various roles at a USAID’s technology project, Development Innovations, including Partnerships and ICT Specialist, and ICT Learning Specialist. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics from the Royal University of Law and Economics.
Kagnarith CHEA holds an MA in teaching from Arizona State University on a Fulbright Scholarship. He has been involved in education for more than 13 years. He has managed the Australian Centre for Education owned by IDP Education for 5 years with about 4000 students. He has also managed CamTESOL (a regional professional network with more than 1700 delegates from 30 countries), LEiA publication, and Regional ELT Research Symposium for more than 10 years. Over the last three years, he has been consulting companies, schools, and NGOs in providing quality education for underserved communities through an incorporation of a blended methodology, which combines a face-to-face learning with an online learning.
Channa Ly is CTO of BookMeBus, an online bus ticketing platform startup that provides services across Cambodia, Thai, Laos and Vietnam. Before BookMeBus he worked as a software engineer to apply technologies and human center design to improve and save lives to the very grassroots and vulnerable people.
