Anita has been teaching yoga for more than ten years. She finished her first yoga teacher training (200h) in Hungary, which focused on traditional Hatha yoga. Her second course (300h) was in India, where she focused on Ashtanga-based vinyasa yoga. She has also taken part in many workshops with different teachers, such as Laruga Glaser, Kino McGregor and Mark Stephens. Anita’s classes are dynamic and based on the Ashtanga-Vinyasa tradition. Anita also holds a PhD in electronic music, so you can expect a finely selected playlist in the background of her classes. Also, she has completed a gong and sound meditation training, which has become an integrated part of her classes.
