I am an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York.
My research is centered around understanding customers’ behavioral regularities in revenue and pricing management of retail operation. I work with observational data to deliver quantifiable evidence of behavioral regularities, develop robust and reproducible estimation strategy, and prescribe viable pricing strategies for practitioners by combining techniques from econometrics, causal inference, and optimization.
I keep my practically motivated problems intact with the business world. I have collaborated with industry partner for my research, and have interned at the Pricing Research group in Amazon.
My primary research interests include:
revenue management and pricing
behavioral operations management
operations-marketing interface
structural estimation
