Bitevori privacy policy

Bitevori is a calorie and nutrition diary provided by Infoso tools. contact us at support@aicloudside.com. this policy explains what the android app handles and the choices available to you. the app is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
information stored on your device
meals, personal foods, recipes, meal plans, water, weight, activity, goals and diary drafts are stored locally. camera access is used when you choose to photograph a meal, scan a barcode or read a nutrition label. label text recognition runs on your device using google ml kit. microphone access is used only when you start dictation. the android speech service you select may process audio. bitevori does not retain audio recordings. you can log food manually without these permissions.
optional account, ai and cloud sync
if you sign in with email, we process your email address, account identity and session information. when you request ai meal analysis, the meal text or photo you choose is sent for processing and the result is returned to the app. structured diary sync is optional and off by default. if enabled, selected meals, foods, recipes, plans, manually entered water, weight and activity records, and profile settings are stored with your account. photos and health connect imports are excluded from structured sync. turning sync off stops future uploads but does not erase existing cloud records.
health connect
you can separately authorize reading steps, active calories, exercise and weight, and writing nutrition, hydration and weight. this information is used for your diary and trends on your device. bitevori does not send health connect data to advertising, analytics, ai services or its servers. you can revoke access in health connect. previously imported local records remain until you clear them.
other services
food search and barcode lookup send the food name or barcode and selected country to open food facts when you request a lookup. google ml kit may receive device, app, performance and usage diagnostics. the app uses google admob to display ads and may use google services for consent, diagnostics, notifications and purchases. advertising identifiers and app interaction data may be processed for ad delivery and measurement according to your consent choices and device settings. google play handles subscriptions, one-time purchases, ratings and reviews. purchase tokens and transaction status are processed to verify entitlements and prevent duplicate credits.
notifications
with your permission, the app may register a push token and notification preferences to deliver selected reminders, ai result alerts, tips and update notices. you can change notification choices in the app or android settings. notification payloads do not contain meal descriptions, photos, nutrition, weight or email addresses.
retention, security and choices
local records remain until you delete them, clear app data or uninstall the app. cloud records remain while your account is active or as needed for service, transaction, security and legal purposes. temporary analysis material and prepared exports are removed after their processing windows. minimal transaction and audit records may remain where needed. data is transmitted using encrypted connections and access is limited by account authentication. you can export your diary, clear local data, disable optional sync, manage consent and permissions, or request cloud account deletion through the bitevori account deletion page. deleting your account does not cancel a google play subscription. copies you shared or exported to another destination must be managed there.
