We recently hosted an engaging and informative seminar on LaTeX, a typesetting system commonly used for documents like research papers, theses, and reports. The event, which took place on 21 Sep 2023, provided attendees with valuable insights into LaTeX's capabilities and practical applications.
In-Depth LaTeX Learning
Our seminar covered a wide range of LaTeX topics, catering to both beginners and experienced users. Some of the key highlights included:
Introduction to LaTeX: For those new to LaTeX, we offered a comprehensive introduction, explaining its advantages and why it's a preferred choice for academic and technical documents.
Hands-On Workshops: Attendees had the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and participate in hands-on workshops. These interactive sessions allowed them to create LaTeX documents, understand the structure, and work with various packages.
Advanced Techniques: We didn't stop at the basics; our seminar delved into advanced LaTeX techniques, including customizing document styles, managing references, and creating mathematical equations and symbols.
