InForm Nutrition was founded in June of 2015 as a client-centered nutrition and wellness practice based on the core beliefs that: (1) food is information, and (2) the body is more intelligent than we know. Services offered center upon functional nutrition, integrative physiology, and health science education.

Louis Sarry is a Licensed Nutritionist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Sports Nutritionist. He holds advanced degrees in Human Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and Biochemical Sciences from Princeton and Bucknell Universities. His passions include:

In order for any clinical determinations to be made, affirmative answers are sought to each of the four following queries:

1. Is there an evolutionary rationale?

2. Is there a plausible physiological mechanism operating at a cellular level?

3. Have there been controlled experiments conducted with sound methodology?

4. Is there a preponderance of conflict-free anecdotal evidence available?
