The Concept

With our care concept we follow a clear philosophy: We anticipate our four-legged guest’s every wish. At ZAVOD OCTARINE, TRDOBOJCI you and your dog can count on the high care standards and reliable services anytime. Our promises:

-We are offering both, day and night care.

-Playing, cuddling, coat treatments: the dog sitters represents the immensely important human contact at the lodge. They always make sure that the individual needs of your dog are met.

-We also make sure that the dogs get enough rest and privacy at night.

-There is a maximum of three dogs that can be hosted in our lodge at the same time.

-When it comes to food, you provide us with what you want your dog to eat during their time here and we will make sure to stick to their eating habits. In case your dog is used to raw meat or cooked food, since this option is not possible, we have cold-pressed food available (for an additional fee, if you choose this), which is a suitable, wholesome and healthy alternative.

-Your animal may check in and out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

-We have a contract with a Vet center Mlakar in case of emergency.

-You can rely on us, our dog care includes: feeding your dog at his accustomed times, the dog basket will be provided with comfortable dog bed and fresh blanket, brought-along medication will always be given on time, and of course your precious pet will be able to roam freely in the large garden .

-Moreover, personal care and attention from our dog sitters and daily grooming are all part of our holistic – and therefore free of additional charges – pet care concept.
