Mr. Ford will be starting his 20th year as a School Counselor in 2025-26, after 18 years as a School Counselor at Conner HS and 8 years prior as a Social Studies Teacher at Lloyd Memorial HS and Campbell County HS.
He is a former President of the Northern Kentucky Counseling Association and the Kentucky Association for College Admission Counseling and has served in multiple positions in the National Association for College Admission Counseling. He also served a four-year term on the Scholarship Selection Committee with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.
Outside of school, he enjoys reading, watching sports, surfing the internet, video games, history, politics, LEGO, and podcasting, as he is co-host of a podcast about college admissions, The Reeves and Ford Podcast: A College Admissions Podcast for All.
He has two daughters who both graduated from Conner High School (2019, 2021), and he currently lives in Kenton County with his cat, Lily. His girlfriend is an elementary school teacher in Boone County Schools.
