Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Influencer Kit app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by MUHARREM KOROGLU (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

- The time spent on the Application

- The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide certain features, including video analysis and thumbnail generation.

When you use AI-powered features, the Application may process:

- Videos uploaded by you

- Selected frames or visual information extracted from uploaded videos

- User-selected content details such as target platform, video category, and video goal

- Optional reference images you choose to upload, including:

- Face references

- Object references

- Style references

These optional reference images are used only to help the AI generate thumbnails that are more visually consistent with your intended subject, objects, or style.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and service-related communications.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

AI Processing and Face Data

The Application may receive images that contain a user’s face only if the user voluntarily uploads such an image as an optional thumbnail reference.

Face-containing reference images are optional. Users are not required to upload face, object, or style references in order to use the Application.

If submitted, face-containing images are used solely for thumbnail consistency and visual generation purposes requested by the user.

The Application and the Service Provider do not use face data for:

- Identity recognition

- Biometric identification

- Face verification

- Authentication

- Profiling

- Tracking

- Emotion detection

- Demographic inference

- Advertising purposes

Face, object, and style references are used only to generate or refine the requested thumbnail output and are not used to identify the person in the image.

Third-Party AI Services and Data Sharing

To provide AI-powered analysis and thumbnail generation features, certain user-submitted content may be transmitted to trusted third-party service providers.

Specifically, the Application uses:

- Google Gemini, accessed through Firebase AI Logic

- Firebase Storage for temporary media storage

- Google Analytics for Firebase

- Firebase Crashlytics

- RevenueCat

When you use AI-powered features, the following types of data may be sent to third-party AI or cloud processing services:

- Uploaded videos

- Selected frames or visual content extracted from uploaded videos

- User-selected platform, category, and content-goal information

- Optional face, object, and style reference images

- Prompt instructions required to generate the requested output

This data is transmitted only for the purpose of delivering the requested feature, such as content analysis or thumbnail generation.

The Service Provider does not sell user data and does not share uploaded media for advertising purposes.

The Service Provider requires that trusted service providers used by the Application handle data in a manner consistent with their applicable privacy and security obligations.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policies of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

- with trusted service providers who work on their behalf and do not have an independent right to use the information disclosed to them except as needed to perform services for the Application.

User Consent for AI Processing

Before transmitting user-submitted content to third-party AI services for AI-powered features, the Application may request your consent within the app.

By choosing to use AI-powered features such as content analysis or thumbnail generation, and by optionally uploading face, object, or style references, you acknowledge and consent to the processing described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not wish to have such data processed, you should not use those AI-powered features or upload optional reference content.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains user-submitted media and AI processing assets only for as long as necessary to provide the requested feature.

Specifically:

- Uploaded videos stored in Firebase Storage are automatically deleted after approximately 24 hours

- Temporary media, including optional face, object, and style references, are used only for processing and are deleted after the related processing is completed or within a short temporary retention period

- The Service Provider does not intentionally retain user-submitted media beyond what is operationally necessary to provide the service

The Application is designed so that user-submitted media is handled on a temporary processing basis, not for long-term archival storage.

If you would like the Service Provider to delete any User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at muharrem.koroglu@outlook.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their systems. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (muharrem.koroglu@outlook.com) so that they can take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
