Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MUHARREM KOROGLU ("we," "us," or the "Service Provider") processes information in connection with the Influencer Kit iOS application (the "Application"). It describes the Application’s current features, including version 2.0. Available features and related processing may vary by app version.

1. Information you provide and choose to process

We process information needed to provide the features you request, including:

- Creator preferences: your selected platform, content category and focus, creator goal, app language, and relevant country or region settings.

- Social content information: creator and competitor usernames you enter, public profile information, public short-form video information, engagement counts, and samples of public comments associated with selected content.

- Creative work: project ideas, titles, openings, scripts, shooting plans, captions, calls to action, hashtags, saved inspiration links, and related results.

- Selected media: videos you choose to upload, including their audio and visual content, and optional face, object, or style reference images you select for thumbnail generation.

- Support communications: your email address, message, and other information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

The Application uses system media-selection interfaces to access content you choose. Saving a generated thumbnail to Photos requires your permission. Removing an app copy of media does not delete the original from your Photos library or copies you exported elsewhere.

We do not request social network passwords or access to your private social messages. The Application does not request precise device location. Country or region information may come from your device’s locale or relevant service requests.

2. Service identifiers and cloud profile information

No email/password registration is required. The Application creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication identity to authenticate service requests and protect access to resources. Other service providers may also assign app, installation, device, or customer identifiers.

These identifiers do not require you to provide your real name, but information associated with them is not necessarily anonymized.

A small record of your connected creator profiles is stored in Firebase Storage under your Firebase identifier. It can contain the platform, username, available follower count, and last-refresh timestamp. This record is separate from temporary uploaded videos.

Uploaded videos may also have associated service metadata, such as a project identifier, platform, connected social usernames, country or region setting, app version, and upload time.

3. Public social information and SocialFetch

When you enter a public profile or content link, the Application uses our Firebase-hosted backend and SocialFetch to retrieve relevant public information from supported platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Requests may contain a username, content URL, search query, or region. Returned information can include public display names and profile images, video titles or captions, publication dates, public engagement counts, and public comments. We use it to prepare the profile comparisons, insights, inspiration, and other features you request.

These lookups do not require you to give us your social network login credentials. Videos and reference image files you select for Gemini processing are not sent to SocialFetch by the Application.

Public availability does not mean that information is free of privacy, copyright, or platform restrictions. Our processing and your use of the results remain subject to applicable requirements.

4. Google Gemini and AI processing

We use Google Gemini through Firebase AI Logic, including related Google cloud infrastructure, to provide personalized plans, content suggestions, performance insights, comment analysis, video reviews, and thumbnails.

Depending on the feature, information sent for AI processing may include selected creator preferences, relevant public profile or content information, comment samples, creative project text, uploaded video content, optional reference images, and instructions needed to produce the requested result.

During onboarding, the Application asks for your permission before AI planning begins. Optional reference images are not required to use thumbnail generation.

The Application can prepare certain AI insights automatically when a refresh is due. If you no longer want new information sent for AI processing, stop using the Application and contact us regarding your consent and data requests. The current version does not provide an in-app AI consent-withdrawal control.

AI request, response, and technical information may also be processed in service diagnostics and AI monitoring to investigate failures and improve reliability. These records are separate from the temporary video files described below. Third-party processing and retention are governed by the relevant service terms, configurations, and applicable data-protection obligations.

5. Face-containing images

You may voluntarily select an image containing a face as a thumbnail reference. Its purpose is to help generate the visual likeness or presentation you request.

We do not create or maintain a facial-recognition database, use these references to authenticate you or identify you against other people, or use your uploaded media for advertising. Face, object, and style references are processed for the requested creative feature and may remain in your local project until removed. They are sent to the AI provider when the relevant generation is requested.

You should only submit images that you have the right and, where required, the permission to use.

6. Usage analytics, diagnostics, and security

We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Mixpanel to understand product usage, and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical problems.

Information can include app or device identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, language, selected creator category and goal, screens visited, feature actions, session or interaction timing, purchase events, and technical failure categories. Network services may also receive IP addresses and ordinary connection information.

The Application does not include uploaded media files, full project text, full post captions, or comment text in its product analytics event payloads. Content sent to AI services and associated AI diagnostics are handled separately, as described above. Mixpanel’s IP-based geolocation setting is disabled in the Application.

Firebase App Check, using Apple App Attest or DeviceCheck, helps verify authentic application requests and prevent abuse. This security processing is separate from advertising tracking permission.

7. Advertising measurement and optional permissions

Advertising-related measurement controlled by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is enabled only if you authorize tracking. You can change this permission in your device’s privacy settings. Refusing tracking does not block the Application’s main features.

We do not sell your personal information or send uploaded videos and reference images for advertising. Where you authorize advertising measurement, relevant identifiers and events may be processed by Google’s measurement services. Non-advertising product analytics and necessary security or service processing are separate from that permission.

Notifications are optional and can be managed in iOS Settings. The Application uses local notifications for relevant reminders.

8. Purchases and credits

Apple handles App Store payments. RevenueCat helps verify purchases and manage subscription entitlements and related purchase information. Information can include a service customer identifier, product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates, subscription status, and entitlement or credit-delivery information. We do not receive your full payment-card details through these purchases.

Credit balances and purchase-verification records are stored in the device Keychain and may survive an app reinstall. Removing the Application does not cancel an Apple subscription.

9. Purposes and legal grounds

We use information to deliver requested features, personalize results, authenticate requests, verify purchases, maintain credits, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and improve the service.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely as applicable on providing the service you request, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service where permitted and not overridden by your rights. Consent is requested separately where required, including for AI processing and advertising tracking.

10. Service providers and other disclosures

The main providers used by the Application are:

Google/Firebase, including Gemini: AI processing, authentication, temporary media storage, cloud profile records, backend hosting, App Check, analytics, and diagnostics. Providers process information under applicable service and data-protection arrangements. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or carry out a lawful business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

11. Storage and retention

Different records have different retention periods:

- Uploaded videos: Firebase Storage has a lifecycle rule making video files eligible for deletion after one day. Cleanup is asynchronous; deletion is not guaranteed at the exact 24-hour mark.

- Local creative work: projects, saved inspirations, selected references, generated thumbnails, and associated results may remain on your device until you remove them or the Application replaces or clears relevant cached information. Deleting a project removes its associated local working assets.

- Cloud profile records and authentication identifiers: these are not covered by the one-day video rule. They may remain while needed for the service or until an appropriate deletion request is processed, subject to applicable obligations.

- Analytics, AI diagnostics, security, support, and purchase records: retention depends on the purpose, provider configuration, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and the need to resolve issues or disputes. Deleting a temporary video does not simultaneously delete every related service record.

- Keychain records: credit, purchase-verification, and authentication information may remain after uninstalling the Application.

Uninstalling stops the Application from initiating new activity, but it does not itself erase existing cloud, provider, or Keychain records. Provider-side processing already initiated may still finish.

12. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

Contact muharrem.koroglu@outlook.com to make a privacy or deletion request. We may ask for limited information reasonably necessary to locate relevant records and verify your request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any information that must be retained.

The current version does not provide an in-app account-deletion control. Privacy requests do not automatically cancel Apple subscriptions; manage billing separately through Apple.

13. International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, relevant contractual or other permitted safeguards apply. Using an EU service endpoint for one provider does not mean that all processing takes place exclusively in the EU.

14. Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. Security, external sites, and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

External sites and platform services have their own privacy practices. This website may be hosted by Google Sites, which can process connection and cookie information under Google’s policies.

We may update this Policy as features or requirements change. The updated date will appear above. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required; continued use does not replace a consent choice required by law.
