Curriculum vitae

Dr. Infante holds a degree in Psychology (University of Seville, 1994) and a doctorate in Sociocultural Anthropology (US, 2008), and currently works as a full-time Associate Professor in the Department of Social Psychology at the University of Seville (Spain). He also holds a doctoral MPhil in Organizational Psychology from Manchester Business School (United Kingdom), a Master's in Human Resource Management (US, 1996), and a Master in Translation and Intercultural Communication (US, 2021), in addition to a University Expert qualification in Bilingual Teaching (US, 2012). He has been a visiting professor in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Poland, Holland, England, and Italy. As a principal member of the GTM-RUN research group, he primarily analyzes issues related to social psychology, talent management, work team management, social cognition, and high abilities. Dr. Infante is deeply interested in qualitative methodologies, which led him to publish a 2011 hadbook on applying and measuring discoursive analysis titled 'Researching Work-Family Discourses: Step-by-Step Audiovisual Analysis of the British Sitcom Only Fools and Horses (1981-2003).' Since 2009, he has sequentially been appointed full-time teaching instructor for several subjects taught 100% in English at undergraduate (Social Psychology, Psychology of Groups, The Psychology of Second Language Acquisition) and postgraduate (Team Building Process, AI applications in HR management) programmes).
