In 2013, I, Spencer and my partner Charley, ventured into the captivating realm of India, where the remarkable cuisine left an indelible mark on my soul. Inspired by the incredible flavors and rich culinary traditions I encountered during my travels, I embarked on a mission to bring the essence of Indian cuisine back home. Thus, Indriya Kitchen was born—a food stall where the authentic taste of India comes alive. With a focus on tandoori Naan wraps cooked in a charcoal-fired tandoor, each bite carries the magic of smoky flavors and aromatic spices, transporting you to the vibrant streets of India.
