The Membership Committee is responsible for recruiting new Indivisible Upper Cumberland Voting members, onboarding new members, and engaging with members.

The Membership Committee is seeking volunteers to support efforts to recruit new members, welcome and onboard those who join, and keep current members engaged. This work may include drafting communications for both prospective and existing members, gathering feedback to better understand member needs, and helping plan social or community-building activities. While there are already some ideas in place, the committee is also looking for fresh perspectives and new approaches. Members collaborate closely to decide which initiatives to pursue and how best to implement them. The committee also maintains the roster of voting members, so attention to detail and comfort with technology are especially valuable.
