The Communications and Information Technology Committee exists to oversee communications and information technology processes and provide guidance to Indivisible Upper Cumberland in implementing them. More information about the scope of this committee are included in the following subsections.
The membership of the Communications and Information Technology Committee is open to all interested parties.
The Chair of the Communications and Information Technology Committee will be selected by the membership of the Committee, subject to the approval of the Steering Committee. The Chair must be a voting member of Indivisible Upper Cumberland. In the absence of an elected chair, the Steering Committee may appoint an Interim Chair, who will serve as the Chair of the Committee until a full-time Chair can be selected by the committee. The term of an Interim Chair shall not exceed three months.
The activities of the Communications and Information Technology Committee will be conducted in accordance with the current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised (RRONR), unless superseded by the Bylaws.
