I have dedicated my life to educating and serving individuals with developmental disabilities. I have received far more than I have given in my career. Everyday I have the opportunity to work with my friends and my extended family. I consider myself one of the luckiest people on earth. I am forever in debt to the people and families I serve and look forward to serving for many years to come.
As Chief Operating Officer at Individual Outcomes, I bring a lifelong commitment to supporting individuals and families with developmental disabilities. I earned my degree in Individual and Family Studies from Kent State University, where I also gained hands-on experience as a caregiver for adult students with developmental disabilities.
Following graduation, I focused on child development, providing in-home and classroom-based support for children and their families. While living in Maine, I had the privilege of leading a program for children with autism for five years—an experience that deepened my dedication to inclusive, person-centered care.
Upon returning to Ohio, I spent several meaningful years at home caring for our two children, one of whom has developmental disabilities and both with intense medical needs. This time further shaped my understanding of the importance of family-centered support.
Today, I am honored to serve at Individual Outcomes, where I have the opportunity to lead with compassion and purpose. Supporting, encouraging, and advocating for the individuals we serve is not just my role—it’s my passion.
