InDiSo – Intercultural, Digital and Social Inclusion is an international Erasmus+ project implemented by three organisations from Poland, Portugal and the Czech Republic. Its aim is to strengthen the intercultural, digital and social competences of adults, especially those at risk of exclusion – senior citizens, women aged 50+, immigrants and refugees.
The project also develops the competences of educators, helping them to use digital technologies in adult education in accordance with European standards (DigCompEdu) and to create digitally friendly learning communities – Digital Age-Friendly Learning Communities (DAFLC).
The project includes:
local workshops developing participants' digital, social and intercultural competences,
international educational mobility for adults,
exchange of experiences among educators and training courses to improve their ICT skills and their ability to work with culturally diverse groups,
creating educational materials and digital products that will support further integration activities.
The project was created in response to contemporary challenges: dynamic digitalisation, growing cultural diversity in European societies, and the problem of social and digital exclusion of adults.
The implementation of the InDiSo initiative contributes to building inclusive, open and modern local communities.
