On 23 June 2026, the final dissemination seminar of the InDiSo project took place at Nová Osmička in Frýdek-Místek.
The event brought together project partners from the Czech Republic, Poland and Portugal, representatives of local authorities and NGOs, trainers, adult learners and other organisations interested in adult education and social inclusion.
During the seminar, the partners presented their organisations, the project activities and the main results achieved through international cooperation. They shared good practices and practical solutions for working with people at risk of social exclusion, including refugee support, digital education for seniors and other inclusive activities.
The programme provided space for participants to exchange experience, discuss the tools and methods they had acquired and consider how these could be applied in their own organisations and local activities. This exchange will help partner organisations implement new and proven solutions and increase the effectiveness of their work with excluded groups.
Participants also reflected on the impact of international cooperation on the development of their organisations. Together, they reviewed the project’s achievements, evaluated its results, discussed key challenges and lessons learned, and developed ideas for further activities and cooperation in future projects.
The seminar with the local community helped increase the impact of the project and strengthen cooperation at the local level. The information and outcomes shared during the event will also contribute to the preparation of the project’s final report and provide valuable material for further evaluation and future partnership projects.
From 22 to 24 June 2026, Lumpeco hosted the final meeting of the InDiSo project partners from the Czech Republic, Poland and Portugal in Frýdek-Místek.
The three-day programme focused on exchanging experience and good practices in adult education and supporting people at risk of social, digital or intercultural exclusion. Lumpeco presented its history, mission and activities, including its work with families, unemployed women, women over 50, refugees, people affected by domestic violence and people with disabilities.
During interactive workshops and group discussions, trainers and project team members shared specific tools and educational methods used in their organisations. They also presented how they had applied the knowledge and competencies gained through the project in areas such as refugee support, digital education for seniors and inclusive learning activities.
As part of the final meeting, the partners organised a final dissemination seminar for representatives of local organisations, trainers, adult learners and other guests interested in adult education and social inclusion. During the seminar, they presented the project’s activities and results, shared examples of good practice and discussed the practical impact of international cooperation.
The partners also reflected on the project’s achievements and challenges, evaluated the competencies gained and discussed opportunities for continuing their cooperation in the future. The meeting provided important information and examples of good practice for the preparation of the project’s final report.
The activity helped participants strengthen their professional competencies, discover methods that can be transferred to their organisations and improve the quality of educational and social activities for vulnerable groups. The final seminar also helped share the project’s results with the wider community and demonstrate the importance of international cooperation in promoting social, digital and intercultural inclusion.
During the international InDiSo Erasmus+ meeting hosted by Lumpeco in the Czech Republic, participants from Poland, Portugal and the Czech Republic came together for four days of intercultural learning, digital education and social inclusion.
The programme combined cultural exchange with practical workshops focused on developing digital and social competences of adult learners. Participants explored Czech culture, traditions, food and everyday life while also improving communication, teamwork and digital skills through collaborative activities and international cooperation.
Throughout the meeting, participants visited Hukvaldy Castle, Frýdek Castle and a mining museum, took part in a painting workshop and prepared traditional Czech kulajda together. These shared experiences helped strengthen intercultural understanding, build new friendships and create an open and inclusive environment for learning.
The workshops encouraged active participation, self-confidence and lifelong learning, showing that despite different languages and cultural backgrounds, people can cooperate, inspire each other and grow together.
From 3 to 6 March 2026, participants from Poland, Portugal and the Czech Republic met in Gondomar, Portugal, for an international mobility activity organised within the Erasmus+ project InDiSo – Intercultural, Digital and Social Inclusion. The workshops brought together adult learners to exchange experiences, develop digital skills and strengthen intercultural understanding in a friendly and inclusive environment.
The programme combined educational activities, cultural experiences and practical workshops. Participants had the opportunity to learn about Portuguese traditions through presentations, craft workshops, regional dances and meetings with local learners from the Senior University of Gondomar. These activities encouraged dialogue, cooperation and mutual learning between people from different cultural backgrounds.
A particularly valuable aspect of the mobility was the exchange of cultural heritage. Participants explored Portuguese gastronomy, music, traditional crafts and local customs, while also sharing elements of their own cultures. Intercultural activities and informal discussions helped build new friendships, challenge stereotypes and strengthen a sense of European identity.
The programme also included visits to important cultural and historical sites in Gondomar. Participants visited the Portuguese Filigree Museum, discovered the artistic legacy of Júlio Resende and explored Monte Crasto, a natural fortress with historical significance. These visits provided opportunities to learn more about local history, culture and artistic traditions.
Digital inclusion was another important dimension of the workshops. Participants improved their practical digital skills through activities using smartphones and online tools. During the final digital workshop, they collaborated on creating content for the project’s shared online space using Padlet. They published photos, reflections and short reports documenting their experiences and learning outcomes.
The mobility successfully combined intercultural learning, digital education and social participation. Participants returned home with new knowledge, improved digital competences, greater confidence in international communication and valuable connections with people from different countries.
The aim of the 4-day workshop, attended by adult learners from each partner organisation, was to develop participants' intercultural competences by discovering the cultural conditions of the host country (monuments, music, dance, cuisine, customs) and improving digital competences through the use of applications and instant messengers.
The local activities of the InDiSo project are mainly based at the Senior University of Gondomar, where it finds an audience whose learning needs perfectly match the defined objectives: to promote the digital, social and intercultural inclusion of adults.
The workshops are designed as dynamic sessions, with a strong practical and collaborative component, in which participants:
Develop basic and intermediate digital skills, exploring online platforms, creating interactive presentations, audiovisual resources and using collaborative tools, always at the pace and according to the needs of seniors.
Deepen intercultural and linguistic skills, discovering the customs, traditions, cuisine and values of partner countries, as well as valuing local culture, to prepare for moments of true cultural exchange in international mobility.
They reinforce social participation and active ageing, recognising themselves as protagonists, ambassadors of their community and co-authors of digital products that will be presented in a transnational context.
Each meeting is marked by moments of experimentation, debate and sharing, which strengthen self-confidence, teamwork and the role of seniors as protagonists and ambassadors of their community in the European space.
As part of the InDiSo project, we are organizing educational courses for adults aimed at strengthening key competences needed in today’s dynamic labour market.

Local activities involving seniors from the Senior Competence Centre are a key element of the project. They respond to the identified needs of the group and translate into real changes in the local community.
The main objectives of local activities at the PCKK Foundation are:
developing digital competences enabling active and safe use of technology in everyday life,
strengthening intercultural and social competences that promote integration, dialogue and counteract stereotypes,
developing civic competences,
counteracting social isolation through education and relationship building in learning groups.
Local activities are based on the concept of Digital Age-Friendly Learning Communities (DAFLC), which involves the natural integration of technology into the learning process for senior citizens, the creation and sharing of digital educational materials, and support for participants outside of classroom activities.
The trainer training (LTTA) held in Gondomar, Portugal, on 7–9 May 2025 was aimed at trainers and educators from partner organisations.
The aim of LTTA was:
improving the digital competences of trainers in the use of information and communication technologies in non-formal adult education,
preparing staff to implement the concept of Digital Age-Friendly Learning Communities (DAFLC) in their work with adults, particularly senior citizens and migrants,
developing the ability to create and share digital educational resources tailored to the needs of people aged 50+,
deepening knowledge in the field of copyright and digital content licensing,
enhancing trainers' ability to use technology when working with culturally and socially diverse groups.
On 25–27 March 2025, an international meeting of the InDiSo project was held in Jelenia Góra with the participation of partner organisations. The programme included a presentation of the project and partners, joint work on the action plan, and discussion of financial, communication and evaluation issues.
On the second day, participants observed workshops conducted at the Senior Competence Centre and exchanged experiences on adult and senior education, including the use of digital tools. The meeting was also an opportunity to talk to representatives of local Senior Councils.
On the third day, the partners shared their experiences of implementing Erasmus+ projects in the field of adult education. The meeting ended with a summary, evaluation and presentation of certificates to the participants.
