TICKET PURCHASE
All tickets purchased for Indie Theatre Project are subject to availability.
Tickets are valid only for the event, date and session stated at the time of purchase.
Each ticket holder must present valid ticket confirmation during registration or entry to the event.
Ticket information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the organiser.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made according to the payment instructions provided by the organiser.
A ticket will only be considered confirmed after the payment has been successfully verified by the organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations with incomplete, invalid or unverified payment information.
REFUND & CANCELLATION
All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or otherwise stated by the organiser.
In the event of cancellation or major changes to the programme, the organiser will provide further information regarding ticket arrangements.
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, performers, schedule or venue when necessary.
EVENT ENTRY
Visitors are required to follow all instructions given by the organiser and event crew.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who fail to comply with event rules or whose behaviour may affect the safety and comfort of other visitors.
Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organiser will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
EVENT CHANGES
The organiser reserves the right to change the event schedule, performers, programme or other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any significant changes will be communicated through the official Indie Theatre Project communication channels where possible.
PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
Photography and video recording may take place during the event for documentation, promotional and publicity purposes.
By attending the event, visitors acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or recordings taken during the event.
Visitors who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should inform the event organiser or crew upon arrival.
AUDIENCE CONDUCT
Visitors are expected to respect performers, crew members and other audience members throughout the event.
Mobile phones and other devices should be placed on silent mode during performances.
Any behaviour that disrupts the performance or causes discomfort to other visitors may result in removal from the venue.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information collected through the ticket registration form will be used for ticket processing, event administration and communication related to Indie Theatre Project.
Personal information will not be used for purposes unrelated to the event without appropriate consent.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing a ticket or attending Indie Theatre Project, visitors acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updates will be communicated through the official Indie Theatre Project website or relevant communication channels.
