Links Indexer doesn't sell per-URL credits. It sells plans with daily link quotas, from $0 to $99.99 a year, and its own homepage describes indexing in days. IndexerPal sells per-URL credits with an instant mode. Because the models differ, this page works out the cost per link for both, step by step.

Pricing model: one-time packs, no subscription, credits never expire. 1 credit covers 1 standard URL in Google, Bing and Yandex.
Cost per standard link: smallest pack $9.99 ÷ 150 = $0.067. Largest pack $149.99 ÷ 3,000 = $0.050.
Instant cost: 3 credits per URL. 3 × $0.067 = $0.20 on Basic, 3 × $0.050 = $0.15 on Agency.

Pricing model: subscription with daily quotas that reset each day. Plans are renewed manually, with no automatic billing. Backlink credits are the only allowance that carries over.

Price per link at full use: a Links Indexer plan used to its quota costs a tiny fraction of a cent per link. IndexerPal costs $0.050–$0.067 per standard link.
What you pay for: Links Indexer prices a volume of crawl requests per day. IndexerPal prices each URL, checks it in Google and reports a status for it.
Entry: both start at $9.99, as a one-off pack at IndexerPal and a monthly plan at Links Indexer.
Speed: Links Indexer says most links get crawled within days. IndexerPal measures instant indexing at 2–5 minutes on average to an indexed result, and publishes hours to a few days for standard.
For very large volumes of crawl requests, Links Indexer's quotas cost almost nothing per link. When you need specific URLs indexed within minutes and confirmed in Google, IndexerPal's instant mode does that.
No daily quota. A project can hold up to 10,000 URLs, and you can run as many projects as your credits cover.
Any URL not indexed at IndexerPal's day-14 check in Google gets its credits back automatically.
