No. A crawl means Googlebot visited the page. Being indexed means Google stored it and can show it in results. A page can be crawled and still not be indexed, which is why IndexerPal checks every URL in Google afterwards.
Any URL not indexed at the day-14 check gets its credits back automatically, at standard or instant speed.
