At Incspire Creations , every order is handcrafted and personalised with the utmost care. As each piece is custom-made specifically for you, production times vary depending on the design and level of personalisation.
Production Time
All items are made to order.
Estimated production times are:
Signature Collection: 5–7 business days
Elegance Collection: 7–10 business days
Heirloom Collection: 10–14 business days
Please note that production time begins only after:
Full payment has been received.
All personalisation details have been confirmed.
Your design proof (where applicable) has been approved.
Production times may be extended during peak wedding seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. Should any delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping
We proudly deliver throughout South Africa.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp notification.
A courier tracking number.
Estimated delivery time.

Please note that courier delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We take great care in packaging our products; however, once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.
Collection Policy
Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our collection point in Cape Town by prior arrangement.
Collections are strictly by appointment.
Once your order is complete, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
Please ensure that your order is inspected upon collection, as responsibility for the item transfers to you once it has been collected.
Returns Policy
As all of our products are personalised and custom-made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns for:
Personalised items
Custom designs
Made-to-order items
Products with custom names, dates, or wording
Please ensure that all spelling, dates, colours, and design details are correct before approving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To assist us in resolving the matter quickly, please provide:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
A description of the issue
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing fault or our error, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:
Repair
Replacement
Partial or full refund (where applicable, refer to Refund Policy)
Quality Guarantee
Every product is individually handcrafted.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in:
Flower placement
Mirror reflections
Pearl positioning
Colour tones
Natural materials
may occur. These variations are not considered defects but rather part of the unique character of each handcrafted piece.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once production has commenced.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
We are unable to fulfil your order.
Your order cannot be produced due to unforeseen circumstances.
A manufacturing fault cannot be repaired or replaced.
We have supplied the incorrect product and a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Order Changes
Changes to your order may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Additional charges may apply for design changes requested after artwork has been prepared.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet commenced.
If work has already begun on your personalised item, a cancellation fee may apply to cover materials, design time, and labour already invested.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Customer Responsibilities
Before submitting your order, please ensure that:
All names are correctly spelled.
Dates are accurate.
Personalisation details are correct.
Delivery information is complete and accurate.
You have carefully reviewed and approved your design proof (where applicable).
We cannot be held responsible for errors that were approved by the customer before production.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we work with trusted courier partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels have been dispatched.
If your parcel is delayed, we will gladly assist in liaising with the courier to help track your shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier operational delays
Industrial action
Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
