UDL: Multiple Means of Representation, Action & Expression

Based on the principles of Universal Design for Learning, Multiple Means of Representation and Multiple Means of Action and Expression were used to help the student with dyslexia and impaired working memory. The main focus of the lesson is for the students to create a soundscape using classroom instruments and GarageBand.

Non-Traditional Music Scores

A iconic version of a traditional music score is used for students who have difficulty recognising notation on the music stave. Students are provided with the scores when learning new repertoire.
