A daily workout constantly varies day to day. The workout uses functional movements that are performed at a high intensity.
Choose 3 movements per workout. Mix and match between cardio, upper/lower body, & bodyweight movements
Choose between an AMRAP or a For Time Workout
Create a workout that ranges from 5-20 minutes in length

1 round of 20 wall balls, 20 push-ups, and 2 minute cardio of choice for time

10 min. AMRAP – 8 walking lunges, 20 jump ropes, 8 kettlebell deadlifts
