I am a Gestalt therapist committed to providing therapy that is non-pathologising, trauma-informed, and attuned to your unique needs. I bring curiosity, warmth, and care to our work together, creating a space where we can explore your experience at your own pace.
My approach is relational, ethical and deeply attuned to context, recognising that who we are emerges not in isolation, but within families, communities, cultures, and ecosystems.
As a woman, mother, and therapist with lived experience alongside complex mental health challenges and family systems, I hold space for the depth of human struggle.
I trust that everything we feel makes sense when we can pause and listen closely. My hope is to walk alongside you as you discover new ways of relating – to yourself, to others, and to the world – with presence, curiosity, courage, and compassion.

I grew up in the foothills of Boorloo/Perth and moved to Magandjin/Brisbane, which I now call my home. My pets, and the beach, are two very important supports in my life because they restore my inner peace in a time of global tumult and uncertainty. Through my own personal therapeutic work, and witnessing the growth of the people who see me for therapy, I am a hopeful therapist because I know that healing from hardship and trauma is not only possible but absolutely worth it.
I mainly use gestalt therapy principles in my approach as a group therapist. The aim of gestalt therapy is to raise awareness of what you want, need, and long for. In group, we can experiment with ways to love all these parts of yourself, so you can integrate more self-loving ways of being in the world, have more satisfying life experiences, and deepen your relationship with yourself, others, and your communities.
I am also Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) informed and find a parts approach with emotions to be very supportive. I also use grief rituals to enact what words cannot.

We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we gather. We honour their ongoing connection to their history, their living culture, and their connection to water, story and country.
We respect the elders past, present and emerging, and express our heartfelt apologies for the injustices endured by all Indigenous people of this nation as a result of colonisation. Injustices that continue to this day. We will continue to strive, day by day, in our thoughts and actions, to reflect these truths and sentiments.
We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.
Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
We also recognise the strength and diversity of all communities, including LGBTQIA+ people, and are committed to fostering an inclusive, affirming space for all.
