In Time Evaluation - Meeting Minutes

3/29/2023:

Participants: Akshay and Lily

Time: 3:30-3:45

Discussed the creation of the website and attempted to clarify the project. Decided to watch the movie and make initial timelines before our next meeting. We would later combine all of the timelines into one "Mega timeline" for the website and our final presentation. We will discuss how to split up the writing of each course topic at our next meeting (4-5). Not much to discuss pre-watch.

4/5/2023:

We have split up the first four papers to write by April 12th and we determined we would each read eachothers papers before the next meeting and give revision notes. Initial time lines have been created.

Analysis of project and main takeaways. Looked at other peoples project presentations and websites.

Discuessed the plan for creating the final presentation and discussed finishing assignments that were not done by this meeting.

4/23/2023:

Participants: Akshay, Lily, and Raman

Time: 6:00-7:00

We discussed how we are going to set up the presentation and what content we needed to include. We started the initial draft of the presentation and decided who would take what slides. We wanted this to be finished by (4-25)

We also discussed what needed to be included on the website for its completion: the timeline, the ethical analysis and other final touches.

4/27/2023:

Time: 6:30-7:00

Met to practice our final presentation, resulted in the reordering of slides and fixing of the flow. Final meeting for our group.
