FEES

Registration Fee | $12

This one-time registration fee is required for all new families before their 1st care appointment.

Quick Pinch Fee | $5

This fee is applied if an appointment is made with fewer than 24 hours notice.

Late Pick-Up Fee | $4+

$4 will be added onto the cost of care for each 10 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time. Because appointments are the name of the game here at In A Pinch, it is important that I'm able to shift care at the appropriate times. Please keep this in mind when reserving a time slot. If you aren't sure what time you will be able to return, please err on the side of caution and reserve a longer time slot! Thank you!

HOURLY RATES

Base Rate or Individual Child

Infants (0-6 months) | $15 per hour

4 hours per day care limit for infants 0-6 months

Infants (7-12 months) | $12 per hour

Infants (13-24 months) | $9 per hour

Children (2-12 years) | $7 per hour

Siblings

Base rate + $2/hour per sibling

Base rate is determined by the youngest child. For example, if you have a 9 month old and a 3 year old, your rate would be $12+$2 for a total of $14/hour for care.

MEALS

If your child's care overlaps with a meal-time, you will be charged an additional fee for the included meal unless you've provided a packed meal for your child. Snacks are provided free of charge!

Breakfast | 8-8:30am | $1.50/child

Lunch | 11:30am-12pm | $2/child

Dinner | 5:30-6pm | $3/child

Snacks | 10am, 2:30pm [additional snacks as needed] | FREE

The fine print: Your friend's free 1st hour includes the base rate + siblings, all free! Any fees - including the registration fee, quick pinch fee, and/or late pick-up fee- will still apply at the listed price. To receive YOUR free referral reward hour, your friend must purchase (free hour not included) 5 hours of care, measured as base rate + sibling rate = 1 hour.
