Early registration ends October 15th. Regular registration ends November 10th. Late registration ends December 15th.
For invited and contributed speakers, the registration form asks for your talk title and abstract. Upon registering, you will receive a link that allows you to edit the title/abstract later.
ICSDS Banquet
The ICSDS banquet will also be held in Le Meridien hotel and feature delectable mediterranean cuisine.
Split City Tour
Registration includes a tour of city of Split. Please help us minimize the unnecessary expense of ICSDS valuable resources, and sign up for the tours ONLY if you plan to participate. About 2/3 of the sign-ups for tour in 2025 ICSDS were no-shows. Since the prepayment to the tour agency was not refundable, we hope, with your help, to avoid this huge unnecessary waste of ICSDS money. The 10 USD fee for the tour only serves as a reminder of think-before-you-signup. (FYI - The actual cost of city tour is 30 Euro per person.) To keep the spirit of offering free conference tour, ICSDS will maintain its registration rates as before, despite the unfavorable exchange rate between Euro and USD.
Registration fees
Registration fee covers rentals of conference facility and equipment, canapés and refreshments for receptions and coffee breaks.

Additional meal options: each lunch is 30 USD, the banquet is 90 USD, and there is an all-inclusive option (4 lunches + 1 banquet + 1 city tour) for 200 USD added onto the registration fee.
