Seville is popular touristic destination particularly in winter season. It offers a wide range of options of accommodations. Many of them can be found and booked through the usual hotel booking apps, e.g.,  Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Trivago.com, etc.

The ICSDS conference venue Eurostar Al-Andalus Palace Hotel & Conference Center, Seville has offered a block of rooms with a discounted group rate for ICSDS participants during December 13th-22nd.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The prices will show in USD from the server located in the United States, please note that these rates do not include VAT because the tax laws in the US do not require it. However, since the booking is for Spain, Spanish law mandates that prices must be displayed including VAT.

Currently, in Spain, the VAT rate is 10%, and by law, the prices you see when booking from Spain will always include this VAT. This is why the rate you see on the Spanish page will reflect the VAT included, while the USD prices from the US server will show the amount before VAT.

The amount you will ultimately pay at the hotel will be in euros and will be the agreed fixed price shown above. More precisely, regardless of the local currency used at the time of booking, the final price in euros will remain the same. Currency conversion rates may fluctuate, but the agreed price in euros will not change.

Regarding the dates, the client will be able to modify the stay dates according to their preferred length of stay. 

Similarly, whether or not the client chooses to join our company’s loyalty program will not affect the booking process. It is fine to select “I do not want to join the program” and continue with the reservation without any issue.

Cancellation policies

Guests may cancel and/or amend their booking free of charge up to 16 days prior to check-in. Guests will be charged the cost of the frist night if they cancel within 15 days of the check-in date.
