GRETA Mid-Term Evaluation
Evaluation of “Green Economy – Sustainable Mountain Tourism and Organic Agriculture (GRETA)” funded by EU, Swedish Development Cooperation Agnecy - Sida, and Austrian Development Cooperation - ADA.

Dairy Food Safety Georgia
Managed the Netherlands Enterprise Agency - RVO funded consortium project improving certified consultancy services for Georgian dairy farmers and processors.

EU funded EU-Georgia Association Agreement Facility III evaluating the previous food safety strategy implementation and developing the updated Georgian Food Safety Strategic Implementing Document and its Action Plan for 2021-2023 

Two annual assessments of the Georgian Government reforms in Food Safety for Europe Foundation (EPF) with the funding of the Swedish Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) 

Consulted the IFAD funded Detailed Design Mission I and II for project “Livestock Improvement in Mountain Areas” (LIMA) on the ways how latest technologies can be approximated in Georgian practice

On behalf of an EU funded and UNDP implemented project evaluated the development plan and provided lists of necessary equipment and training plans for dairy sector vocational education and training centres in Georgia 

With the Swedish Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) funding, evaluated the project design and provided monitoring and quality control services for the development and construction of regional offices of the National Food Agency 

RED Project – Swiss Cooperation (SDC & Danida)
Capacity building, facility upgrading, food safety implementation.
Trained 1,500 individuals and supported 34 dairy farms and processors.

Managed the first feasibility study and design for animal by-products’ rendering plant in Georgia for the Mercy Corps project “Livestock Rendering Feasibility Study and Design in Samtskhe-Javakheti Region” funded by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC)

Managed the Eurasian Partnership Foundation (EPF) funded project “Sustainable Pasture Management” on minimizing overgrazing and environmental degradation through introduction of rotational grazing in Tetritskaro 

Provided for the FAO “Dairy Sector Food Safety Manual” project training materials in Georgian, including a training video on milking hygiene, for meat and dairy farmers on hygiene and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and mobilised 25 farmers’ groups to participate in training 

Under funding of Swedish Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) within the project Swedish Support to the Milk and Dairy Sector (SMDSP)  upgraded 20 cheesemakers, 24 milk collection centres, and 10 slaughterhouses.
