With an M.Sc. in Dairy Economics and Technology from Helsinki University and a Ph.D. honoris causa from University Geomedi.

He has over 30 years’ experience in feasibility studies, planning, managing and evaluating both small and large projects and programs as a team leader / deputy team leader or resident advisor in various countries with diverse levels of development (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Georgia etc.).
Business Development Partner at Imprescon Partners – Caucasus Ltd, Levan Kobakhidze specializes in agribusiness, rural development, and strategic consulting. A graduate of Tbilisi Technical University in Agricultural
Engineering, he has over 20 years of international development experience encompassing program design, management and implementation mainly in the field of Rural Development, Agriculture and Agribusiness development.
He provides leadership in the development and launching of projects and programs, with a particular focus on rural development, agriculture, agribusiness, including rural infrastructure and economic/business development of enterprises, bridging local markets with international partners for sustainable agri-food development.
Is a Georgian based international expert who has over 30 years’ extensive experience in presenting and justifying reports, analysing financial visibility of investments and providing data based recommendations to private actors and donors in various countries (Bulgaria, Romania, North Macedonia, North Cyprus, Turkey, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Albania, Georgia etc.).
He has well proven experience in analysing both qualitative and quantitative data with both descriptive and inferential statistics. Due mostly working and being based in Georgia since 2005, he is familiar with the main challenges Georgia has been and is experiencing and is capable to provide effective solutions.
Has over 17 years of experience in marketing, brand management, public relations and communications including business relations with stakeholders in rural areas. She provides leadership in brand management and marketing for both Tbilisi based big and small companies, as well as rural based SMEs, with special focus on improved visibility, communications and marketing strategies.
She is experienced in conducting surveys and data analysis, which are crucial for improving sales and visibility for clients and excellent communication skills enable her to effectively engage with stakeholders and foster strong relationships.
