CANCELLATIONS: If the RENTER cancels the reservation at least thirty (30) days prior to Check-In, the initial deposit will be returned less a $300 cancellation fee. If the OWNER is able to rent the house for the scheduled time period, the cancellation fee will be returned. Cancellations or changes made less than (30) days prior to Check-In forfeit all advanced payments. No refunds will be given for shortened stays.
