Our parents George and Diane took our entire family of five children to the Outer Banks from northwest New Jersey every summer for as long as we can remember. They always dreamed of retiring to the Outer Banks, and in 1986, their dreams came true and The Impossible Dream in Kitty Hawk was born.

Our parents have recently passed, but three of the siblings have worked hard to keep the dream alive. We have revitalized the beach house with the hope that your family can make some of the same fun summer memories we looked forward to every year.

This 4 bedroom (1K, 2Q, 1 duo bunk) 2 full bath beach house is located at MP 3 in Kitty Hawk and is a short 800 foot walk to the ocean. There is a living room dining room combo, full kitchen, and oversized bonus sunroom. There are front and back deck areas perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or outdoor dining. There is a full laundry room and outdoor shower.

We worked hard to maintain the classic beach cottage feel with modern updates. Each bedroom was designed by a different family member. Each reflects its own personality. There is original photography from family members in addition to original OBX artwork scattered throughout the home. You will know you are in the Outer Banks. We are located in a quiet neighborhood away from any major development. So, pack up your family and head on down. OBX memories await!
