ImportLog ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ImportLog (the "App").

When you register for and use ImportLog, we may collect the following personal information:

Photo Library: To select receipt photos from your device
Note: Receipt photos are stored locally on your device and, for Premium users, encrypted in cloud storage

Storing and syncing your car and expense data
Calculating profit/loss and generating analytics
Processing in-app purchases and subscriptions
Understanding how users interact with the App
Identifying and fixing bugs and technical issues
Improving app performance and user experience

Works 100% offline - internet not required for core functionality

You can disable cloud sync anytime in settings

Complete Deletion: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days

Disable cloud sync (Premium users)
Revoke camera/photo permissions in device settings
Unsubscribe from promotional emails (if applicable)
Delete your account anytime
ImportLog is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
ImportLog is operated from Nigeria. If you are accessing the App from outside Nigeria, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Nigeria where our servers are located. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
Updating the "Last Updated" date
Sending an email notification (for material changes)
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Backups are removed within 90 days
