The year 2022 marks not only the 40th anniversary of the opening of the Nobeyama 45 m radio telescope and the 20th anniversary of the ASTE 10 m submillimeter telescope, which have led Japan's radio astronomy research, but also the 10th anniversary of ALMA, which officially began observations in 2011. In addition, Japanese radio astronomy has reached a major milestone with plans for next-generation large-scale projects, such as ALMA2, the Large Submillimeter Telescope (LST), next-generation Very Large Array (ngVLA), and Square Kilometer Array (SKA), which will expand the capabilities and parameter spaces the current facilities have been explored. The purpose of this meeting is to review the scientific achievements over the past decades, to discuss the prospects for future research, and to look ahead to the future direction of development of radio astronomy through lectures and presentations on a wide range of scientific fields from stellar/planetary to cosmological scales, including observational instruments.
