About the Congress
International Migration & Intercultural Communication is a two-day, student-led interdisciplinary congress to be held at the University of Edinburgh on 11–12 May 2026.
The congress brings together young researchers without PhD degrees from a wide range of disciplines to explore how international migration and intercultural communication have been experienced in past and present societies, and how they continue to shape the world today.
We warmly welcome paper and poster submissions from history, literature, environmental studies, social sciences, and STEM-related perspectives.
