I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in Applied Economics at INED (Institut national d’études démographiques), working on the ENVER project funded by ANR and ADEME, and a Research Associate at CEPS–Université Paris-Saclay.
My research explores the intersection of public policy, housing and urban economics, and sustainable transition strategies. I study how tax incentives, credit access, and regulatory frameworks—particularly in the housing and energy sectors—shape household behavior, renovation decisions, and territorial dynamics.
My current research investigates the social, economic, and gender dimensions of energy-efficient home renovation in France, drawing on large-scale survey and administrative microdata. In parallel, I examine the effects of public housing policies and regulatory instruments on market dynamics and household behavior.
My work aims to support policy design around energy efficiency, housing affordability, macro-financial stability, and spatial equity in the context of ecological transition.
