Mandatory Steps:
- Get your CV ready to be uploaded on the CV Book. How does it work?
- Attend Career Fitness sessions. What is Career Fitness?
- Schedule your Career Strategy Meeting. What is it?
- Check the Career Resources on the Career Portal. What are they?
- Look for recruiting events that interest you: Career Portal > Events
- Review the IMBA Site for information on the Labs: General Labs information and Specific Lab Guides (Questions about the Labs? Contact IMBA Program Management.)
- Inform your Career Advisor about your Lab Strategy.
Recommended Steps:
- Take the CareerLeader assessment to discover your main interests and motivators on your career journey. (Can't find your authorization code? Contact Lorena Martínez.) Especially recommended for "Soul Searchers" and Career-Changers
- Start networking: Tips.
- Take advantage of Drop-in Meetings (what are they?). Schedule on the Career Portal
- Volunteer as a Career Rep or Career Ambassador to sharp your leadership skills.
